In order to book your spot at THE BARZAAR you must APPLY HERE, we hand-select and carefully curate which brands will participate in each event.

THE BARZAAR X Corelab / THE WELLNESS EDITION 
(Saturday, September 28th) 

THE BARZAAR will start the day at 8am with waterfront Yoga / Pilates & Movement classes led by four of Miami's favorite & popular Corelab Wellness instructors: Nati Botero, Annie Moves, Bea Helena, Rosita Duran. (Pre-booked spots for classes) 
(some vendor spots available during the AM sessions for an additional fee, contact us for + info) 

THE BARZAAR shopping experience will open doors to the public at noon, as usual until 8pm.

THE BARZAAR EXPERIENCE:
Music, live music, food & drink, morning movement classes by Corelab Wellness, activities + many surprises for brands & guests to get their shopping done and live THE BARZAAR Wellness experience!

Assistance with load-in and load-out from our staff

WHAT TO BRING: 
Each brand must bring everything needed to pop-up at the event (stand, chairs, tables) 
We encourage to get creative to build an attractive stand! 


ONCE YOUR SPOT IS BOOKED / FOLLOWING STEPS:
Once your spot is confirmed, please e-mail us the size / dimensions of your racks and/or stand. 

We will send further instructions and tips on how to prepare + load-in and load-out information on the week of the event. 
 

CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations made 7 days before the event may be credited to any future event date of your choice (credit must be redeemed within a year from the reserved event's date) 

If a brand does not contact our team, it will be considered a “no show” with no credit.

THE BARZAAR does not issue refunds, only credit to use towards any future event.
