🏗️ WHAT TO BRING:
Each vendor is responsible for their own setup (table, chairs, displays). Keep it festive — just within the 6x3 ft space.
📩 ONCE YOU’RE CONFIRMED:
You’ll receive a confirmation email — our main communication channel.
✅ Email us the dimensions of any racks or displays you’re bringing.
✅ Full logistics, including load-in/load-out details, will be shared the week of the event.
🤝 SHARING A BOOTH?
➡️ Max two brands per booth
➡️ Both must be approved — apply together or notify us via email
➡️ Each brand gets half the booth space
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY:
🚨 Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a credit for a future edition (valid for 1 year)
🚨 No-shows will be marked as such and are not eligible for credit
🚨 No refunds – only credits will be issued
