🏗️ WHAT TO BRING:
Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own setup (table, chairs, displays). Get creative and make your booth stand out — just make sure to stay within your assigned 6x3 ft space.

📩 ONCE YOU’RE CONFIRMED:
You’ll receive a confirmation email — this will be our main communication channel.
✅ Be sure to email us the dimensions of any racks or displays you’ll be bringing.
✅ You’ll get all logistics, including load-in/load-out instructions, during event week.

🤝 SHARING A BOOTH?
You’re welcome to share a booth with one other brand.
➡️ A maximum of two brands per booth is allowed.
➡️ Both brands must be approved, so apply together or let us know via email.
➡️ Keep in mind each brand will use half of the booth space.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
🚨 Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a credit for a future edition (valid for 1 year).
🚨 No-shows without notice will be marked as “no show” and not eligible for credit.
🚨 No refunds – only credits will be issued for future events.
