We hand-select and carefully curate which brands will participate in each event.
A brand cannot participate/book a spot before being accepted by our team first.

WHAT DOES THE WEEKEND PASS INCLUDE?
Access to the event for two entire days + experience THE BARZAAR x EXPO TALENTO for the weekend. Score more sales, reach even more people, meet new potential customers, expand your network by meeting new brands around you.
Assistance with load-in and load-out from our team.
WHAT THE SPOT INCLUDES:
Brands have a 6x6ft space to work with.
Each brand must bring racks as needed, brand's logo, small support table and a chair. Get creative to build attractive spot!
If you are bringing a table, we recommend the following table size:
RECOMMENDED TABLE SIZE (72"L X 30"W X 29"H) (6 feet long)
ONCE YOUR SPOT IS BOOKED / HERE ARE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Once your spot is confirmed, please e-mail us your brand's logo thebarzaar@gmail.com + let us know size of your racks and/or stand.
We will send further instructions and tips on how to prepare + load-in and load-out information.
Our staff will assist during load-in & load-out both days of the event.

CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations made 24hrs before the event may be credited to any future event date of your choice.
If a brand does not contact our team, it will be considered a “no show” with no credit.
THE BARZAAR / Expo Talento does not issue refunds, only credit to use towards any future event.
